Worst customer service EVER!!! I will NEVER use this service again, and in the future I will make sure my friends or family don’t use your service either. The money was immediately taken out of my account but I was never sent a receipt. I tried over 10 times to reach someone for a receipt and status update, but the answering service knew nothing and said they would relay the message. Total scam and it’s funny that once my bank and the Niagara Falls police dept became involved, the email with the letters were sent to me.

The clinician is licensed in North Carolina and has an office in Pennsylvania, apparently. I live in Wyoming. Given that the clinician does not appear to be licensed in my state, these documents are useless. And it gets worse. My ESA is an exotic breed that is legal in my state, but not in every state. Out of curiosity, I checked North Carolina. One has to have a permit to own my ESA in North Carolina. Did anyone check to see whether I had a permit? Nope. So, the prescriber isn't licensed to prescribe in my state, and they signed off on an animal without checking to make sure it was legally owned. Here's hoping they're at least honest about the refund policy.

I have been trying to reach Jessica Medford in order to verify my paperwork in order to move in to my apartment complex for weeks now. Because of Jessica Medford not reaching out to the clients in which she is ethically signing off medical history on, people (including myself) are unable to move in to their new homes with their pets. All my complex needs is to speak to her directly, ask if she is the one signing off on these forms (which she clearly isn't) and that's it. This call center is absolutely useless and unresponsive and I had no idea what a scam this was until I tried to actually reach her.

I got my ESA digital copy with incorrect address , i have called 4 times no one can help me get it changed , I’ve as well left an email i would like someone to please get my a call or text at 325-315-0855 Or i want refund .

You're a scam The airlines banned ESAs a YEAR ago. I wish I had known that before I paid for this "service" and got my heart excited.... now I have to pay $125 each way to treat my pup like a carry on. I've filed a dispute with my cc company.

The ESA letter for my animals was not valid for housing accommodations because the doctor did not specify the need for EACH pet individually.

Did not respond to any calls, emails, or faxes. Website is a scam and not legit. Beware!!
