I was happy with the service provided by PDS. The letter and supporting documents are well written and effective. I enjoy the individual airline forms as well and have used my wallet card at least once. In addition, I purchased the service dog harness, which arrived promptly and it seems to be designed well and built to last. The one criticism I had was that it mentions that they will respond within 24 hrs. - which didn’t happen. It was critical in my situation and I was stressed because I purchased a day before I was set to fly and I didn’t have the documentation. It all worked out as the Airline did not press me for paperwork and I take some responsibility fir putting myself in a last minute situation. The email actually came about 36 hours after I purchased. So I advise to purchase before you think you have to have it. I am happy to have the freedom to bring my companion with me EVERYWHERE I go, really convenient.

I’m making a move from Ca to Ohio. I’ve been having really bad anxiety about flying. I’m flying with my son & best friend Buster. I was freaking out when I read how unfriendly the airlines can be. I’ve lost 3 close friends to a airplane crash. When I drive Buster is always with me. When I looked online the PDS Center stood out. I’m so grateful for lowering my worries. I now have everything I need to fly with Buster on my lap. Some may not realize how comforting it is to have your pet with you. As I pet Buster this washes away most of my anxiety. Simplest process I have ever gone through. I applied & was sent documentation almost within the same week.

Received my email letters and airline forms just a few hours past the 24 hour promise. Everything is correct and more than I expected. I am so glad I took the time to read all the great reviews before I made a mistake and went with another company. This was professional, easy and extremely fast which I will be forever grateful for because I risked losing my condo or my beloved cats. I’ve already referred 3 people!!!

With everything that I have been through over the past two years, as well as downsizing from a house to an apartment it was important for me to take my dogs with me to the new home.
