Took a little long to arrive than what thought. But everything was as advertised, I would highly recomend this site.

Very fast response in sending my documents. Love it

It was quick, I was a little worried at first because i didnt hear from them for a few days. But the papers finally came in. I am in remission from non Hodgkin's Lymphoma and both of my kids are autistic. With this pandemic going on we all have really bad anxiety and it affects our daily routines. So im happy i was able to get these documents so my apartment complex cant kick me out because i have this animal.

I received my digital documents a few days after my payment was taken. At first I was a little worried I got scammed, but it is all legit. When I called customer service, they were polite, but for my questions to be answered I had to wait for a doctor, which may have been anywhere from 24-48 hours; so be aware of that. Other than my digital copies of the documents coming in late, I had a good experience.

Really quick process! Took about two days to get digital copies and they were great. Most service reps were very nice but one I got when they were busy was basically an overflow representative and was a bit rude with me and said she only knows as much as I do. Other than that, great experience and helped me keep my sweet pet!

The letters were accurate! I like that there were different letters for the different airlines.

The turnaround was slightly longer than expected, but still quick, and the letters were a great help in making sure I can take my pet into my new apartment building.
