Still waiting fir hard copies, been aost two weeks

The approval of dog service is fast. However, I have not receive the physical record, card (pay extra) and dog vest so far around 1 week already. I tried to sent email ask for tracking number and follow up. No email back from them. Still waiting for their reply

In the beginning, the contact was super fast and the information pretty clear. The day after my application and payment, they sent the letters through email.This happened on May 14th, 2019. I received the vest that I have to return it because it is too big. My 1 star is due to the lack of responsibility of this company. They did not send the physical papers/letters and the ID card. I am trying to contact them since the week after my application and I explained that at the end of this month I have to travel. Nobody could reply my emails. I will wait one more week, after that I want my money back. Update. After my call, one week later my physical documents and ID arrived. I will return my vest, so I do not know if I have my money back in the same pace.

We were unsure what we were doing and that phone call helped so much that we got on Sunday. You could do it sooner in the process thank you answering our calls within 24 hours would be very helpful it didn’t happen with our first call. We were afraid we were being scamed

Apartment complex said they probably would not accept the letter due to it being online, out of state psychologists

They were very fast providing the ESA letter, but I have tried reaching them now for 2 weeks about the short expiration date with no answer. It said on the website that there were no expiration date, when in fact the ESA letter expires in 6 months. I feel that is misleading information, and there is NO ONE to speak to about it.

The initial process of getting my paperwork was easy and fast. That is the part i appreciated. However, since then i cant seem to contact anyone to get any paper work for my apartment signed so how else can i view it accept being a rip off?

Just be aware they don't fill out all of the forms for airlines. I had a lot of back and forth on the phone with them ensuring they would do this and issues with the site not working and then they couldnt take my order over the phone. Also the letter will expire because it needs to be only a year old most places. Anyways, somewhat helpful but difficult process. Glad they did fill out the doctor portion of the Jet Blue paperwork in the end.
