Your letter was not legit. You stole my money and i lost my dog because of this.

Scamed me out of $100. Do not recommend!!!!

Paid the fee, it's been days have yet to get any response or update

I signed up and purchased for two dogs but I’ve only received information in a car for one dog I have contacted Customer Service and I’m now waiting on a reply for this issue to be corrected

My letter wasn’t accepted and I tried to contact them about it for a refund and they never responded.

I have been calling for over a week with no response and emailed multiple times, I did not receive one of my 2 letters ordered and need a refund as I now had to pay for my dog to live with me. I have been told over and over that I am top priority yet still have not received any call or email. I will be disputing my charge with this company as they are unresponsive.

The service took longer than 24 hours and still did not get documentation needed filled out after 2/3 weeks!
