Their service is incredible. Prior to using PDS Center, I used another ESA company that charged more than what PDS does. The letters I received from the other company was unprofessional, didn't look legitimate, and was written by a social worker, not a clinician. I ultimately requested a refund from the other company and found PDS. Although I received the letters about half a day later than the 24-hour window, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality. My apartment had a restriction on breeds but instantly approved my ESA request. I am really glad I found this company, and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of obtaining an ESA letter for housing or travel purposes.
