This is the only legitimate online service I found in my search. I received a REAL and legally binding letter on a real mental health professional's letterhead. She is a licensed Doctor and all of her info was in the document for reference. They also provided all of the documents needed for the individual Airline companies based on the requirements that each airline has for ESA. It was above and beyond and completely official/professional -not a dinky thing that a lot of companies are offering. I am so glad I continued to research to make sure I didn't waste my money on an ESA letter that may not be accepted. Thanks to PDS I no longer have to stress about where I am going to live in the city with my ESA animal. Animals are extremely effective in assisting an array of mental/physical/emotional issues. I have bad reactions to psychological medications and my darling pet assists at home as a partial substitute along with other Dr. recommended activities. Just remember, an animal is not a Dr. Along with your ESA animal, professional help, fresh air, time in nature, a good book, and positive people:).
