There was an initial mix up when I was sent the wrong pdf, and it resulted in some frustration and concern for timing and privacy, but once it was straightened out I was very satisfied with the documents received.

This was a very professional and convenient service. This would be a 5 stars, had it not taken slightly longer than their promised 24hrs for the initial email to come through, But having the ability to take my dog with me and ease my anxiety during travel has been a life-changer.

The communication is spotty. It says I will receive papers in 24 hours. I worried I was scammed. I got a recipt and no emailed papers for like 3 days. Not 24 hours as promised. Re word your website
