My letter was rejected from my condo association. I have requested a refund, as advertised on their website, and have been ignored. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this site. Waste of time and money.

I was told money back guaranteed if I didn’t have it in 12 hours the only reason I paid the $100 was because I needed it for court!!! I was evicted yesterday because I didn’t have it !!! So you can’t advertise 12 hours when clearly it’s not how it works ????? please tell me who I need to talk to you to address this. Thank you.

Horrible experience. False advertising. Does not answer questions and is very sloppy in conduct. Sent me someone else’s forms with all their personal information on it and I can only imagine where they sent my actual paperwork

My letter arrived with too many typos to be a legal document. I was told it would be revised but have not received anything in 24 hours. It is now past 48 hours and I have yet to receive my documents. Was clearly auto filled, and was not proofread.

This is a scam.

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company anywhere. First off they advertise it being free if it takes over 12 hours. It did, wasnt free. This was a lie. Secondly all their doctors are fake. The doctors number was fake. To fly most airlines you need sign up with open doors. My application got denied due to PDS not having the doctor call back to verify for days. They have refused a refund depsite taking over 12 hours for delivery and having sent them proof the airline declined all their info. I will be reporting the doctor and this company. Sketchy af!

I will be demanding my money back or disputing with CC I have had nothing but problems with this co. They lied said I would have digital files in 12 hrs. Still nothing I received an email payment needed to be made but it has already posted on CC. I sent email and called and got hung up and no response on email I went with this Co because of Trustpilot but never again

I have asked that my renewed license have the 3 cats name be put on the main sheet and I’m being ignored. I also need additional paperwork filled out for an apartment to approve me. A women named Gail filled out the additional paperwork but did not include my animals names and put the wrong date plus autofilled everything so the apartments will not accept it. I have relentlessly tried to contact you and have been ignored.
