The letters and airline letters are a deal. Company does not respond to emails however. I emailed asking why they immediately charged my card prior to having the letters authorized by the therapist with no response. I’m still waiting on my ID card.

It took more than 24 to 48 hours for me to receive my electronic paperwork. I had to call a couple times to speak with customer service and the were very nice. It's been a week now and I'm still waiting for my hard copies to come in the mail.

I'm a little frustrated. Everything went smooth on the filling out and paying for the approvals. I have not received anything and it was paid for last week. I have called, so far today 6 times and always go to the answering service. I've given them a 3 due to the fact that everything initially went well (money involved), but they don't do me any good till I get them. Promised last week. Haven't even gotten e-mail yet. When everything taken care of, will change my review.

I still havent received hard copies it's been 2 weeks...but overall the process was quick

I paid for my letter on Tuesday but I had to call Friday because I didn't have it after I talked with them and that day I finally got my letter thanks

For the most part is was good. I need the form that was faxed over to the Dr and fax it back to Rain Tree property management. Its holding up my application process for a rental.

I ordered my letters almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. I am extreamly satisfied with the letters themselves (electronic versions), they’re just taking a very long time to get to me.
