The response was almost immediate. Satisfied with the letters and the help, but if you’re wanting an ID card forget about it. They’ll never send it to you. And if you move to a new residence and ask for more letters they won’t respond to your emails. This company is a hit it and quit it. They take your money and poof. Vanish.

I'm not completely satisfied as yet because my housing hasn't approved it due to lack of response on PDS centers fax side! Pending results I suppose.....

We responded via fax within 12 hrs and provided them all your support docs. You should be 100% all set, we spoke to their office, but need up to 24hrs to process support documents.

Although quick and easy to use- my letter was not accepted. Rental property has a compliance office that investigates these letters and online services such as this are well known. In the end a waste of money and had to find different housing options.

In your case it was a University property, and they don't need to follow the fair housing act. We state this in our FAQ's, as they are exempt from federal law, and it's a much more difficult situation.
