It is great that your service is fast acting and professionals. Only negative thing is that its hard speaking to someone direct when you have a question.

Tues., Oct. 20, 2020 Good morning, I am so impressed with the professionalism of every letter and all of the information that came with each letter that I received. Thank you so much for that. Actually this service is really outstanding. The reason for my giving a four star rating instead of five is this: When I saw your ad on your website, it said no expiration date for the letters. As I read through each letter, I did not see any where that it mentions, these letters do not expire. So, that is my only concern. I didn't receive an email as stated in 24 hours but the paperwork is great!

Hello This service was amazing and incredibly fast. I only have errors on my documents and want to know if I could get them fixed? I am referred to as a man in the letter “his/he” and wanted to get that changed to “hers/she” before I show my apartment complex. How would I go about making that change?

Site was a little confusing on getting to payment but I was able to get my letters it was a little over 24 hours since I did fill out the form and submit payment at almost 10:00 my time at night I will give them a pass that it was a little over 24 hours. I cannot rate if there are any problems as of right now but there shouldn't be.

Overall I am very happy they have given me what I needed but their email states they will contact you within 24 hours it took them 2 days but overall I am very pleased. I will use them again.
