So I ordered my housing documents and everything came just as proposed. But my building complex has requested that their form be filled out and emailed back to them. They are both very similar in regards to the questions. But Im just wondering if theres any way i can send the form they sent me to you and then you can fill it out and email it back to me. Or if theres any way to do that. Thank you this would be very helpful.

UPDATE 2: Got correspondence and am told a new link is being searched for as the current link is unreachable. I will update again once fully resolved. UPDATE: Still no response to my calls, emails, or this post. I stand by what I said previously; I will gladly change my rating once this is resolved. The link to the HUD page in the housing letter links to a page that no longer exists. I would like that link either changed to an active link or removed from the letter entirely. I would like to give the letter to the management office of my building but cannot, and will not do so with an invalid reference in the letter. Everything has been decent. The only issue I have is that the reference link in my housing letter leads to an out of date website. I first reached out via email and got no follow-up. I have since called at was told someone would return my call and I have not received a follow-up. If I can get this fixed I would change my rating to 5 stars no questions.

With all of these mixed reviews, I am nervous to purchase. I bought mine today and praying I will receive everything I need by Friday. I have a flight early Saturday morning and really need to know now if this company is a fraud or real so that I can get my ducks in a row ASAP. I am unable to see a doctor bc to get my papers signed off bc they’re booked. Please email me if with your honest review that you received a legit letter with real doctors and lmk if I should continue with this site. Thank you. Stephmayno@gmail

Bad customer service

I received and email with PDF versions of the letter fairly quickly, however, the address listed on the letters is incorrect for me. The address listed is my mailing address, not my physical address. I called the customer service number listed on the website and the girl that answered was not helpful at all. She was not very knowledgeable with the process and told me to send an email to the company. I emailed them last week asking how I can correct the address on the letters and I have not yet received a response or even an acknowledgment that my email was being reviewed. I also still have not received the ID card that I purchased or any other documents in the mail that would have been sent to my mailing address listed on the letters.

Everything with the letter worked great but I ordered a vest addition to that and I did not receive it.
