The website states letters will be received in 24 hours. After three days, I had called multiple times and reached no one. I emailed and reached no one. Very difficult to contact and bad customer service.

Although I loved the package and the way all the letters look, my letters were referring to me as a woman and I am a man. I clearly indicated this when I applied, as I chose the Mr. prefix and my name is FRANK!

Still waiting on my paper work and car it has been two weeks I called and they left a message for the person in charge. Tried calling back and haven’t gotten an answer PDS if you are reading this please give me a call.

Extremely poor customer service, made 3 phone calls during a period of a month, none of which were returned either via e-mail or call back! Never received my ID card or my dog vest, despite repeated attempts to get information if they were ever shipped in the first place...

Never received my papers or I'd card in mail. Was able to print papers but was expecting my original papers and I'd cards.

uploaded my service dogs picture to have on his identification but did not receive the card with his picture on it. I tried to get a hold of customer service several times so they can fix the mistake but had no luck. I'm very disappointed with customer service. No reply in over a month.

Getting anyone on the phone to discuss their typos on the ESA letters and proper identification (Mrs. Miss, etc.) which is important because I am single and need it to reflect as so, for home rental/traveling purposes. Also, I have yet to receive my mailed copies of letters and two Pet ID cards after 8 days. I’ve left two messages via the answering service over 8 days. I am not sure they’re ever available to speak to you as the answering service is always on. No one has called me back and I need assistance.

I have used them twice. First time was without a hitch, but this second time has been enough of an issue I will find somewhere else to go when it is time to renew. Their customer support after point of sale is ran thru a third party company that knows nothing about the company and says they will relay the information with a call back in 24-48 hours. I had to go thru my credit card company to request a refund for services not rendered. Still waiting for some kind of response weeks later. Wont use again.
