I have been calling for several days about the additional papers i need signed for my new apartment and they have failed to reach out to me about the problem. Every time i call they tell me someone will contact me shortly via email and no one does. This issue has been going on for four days now.

I got the letters in the mail but they are not hand signed by a doctor, the signature is scanned, so not valid for flying. I have called several times to PDS to ask for a hand signed document but the only response they gave me is that someone will contact me back. Finally I had to travel without my dog. :-( Update; 2 weeks ago they wrote me an email saying that in 8 days I would have the letter hand signed in my mail... still waiting...

American airlines does NOT require a manual signature on their documents. Over 600 successful AA flights this year with no problem with a digital signature. We offered to do so, but they do not require it.

The letter clearly looks low quality and the used a main office address in Florida. My property manager clearly knew it was a fake letter from a online company and now requests a not from my local doctors office here in California or from the VA. I spent $129 for nothing. Didn't help at all.

This person said they expected the ESA letter to be issued from her local VA. Obviously she's ordering an ESA letter of recommendation and we cannot get her local VA office to issue an ESA letter for her. When I asked about a copy from her property manager for the refusal she stated she didn't even want to submit it because it wasn't issued by her local VA Dr. I'm not sure what we can do here, as this lady seems rather confused on how the whole process works.

I feel like I got gypped. I paid $95 for ONE form of papers, which I thought would cover both of my dogs and for $95 feel like it should. I got my "forms" and the look ill legitimate it doesn't even have my dogs name on there. Now my apartment complex is not recognizing these forms and are trying to charge me a pet deposit. I reach out to PDS for help and have not received the support I need. They say they have a guarantee the guarantee is you will NEVER get your money back!

We've been emailing her for several months. We explained an ESA letter is between a Dr. and patient, NOT animal specific, and thus should not be on an ESA letter. If the animal changes, this restricts the patient. Her apt complex is strong arming her, even though the documents are official and legal. Some do this to make life difficult for a tenant. We outlined the ways to move forward with a HUD complaint, legal counsel, etc. but she just swore and was aggressive as we tried to assist. She is taking her anger at her housing authority out on us, despite our best attempts to assist along the way.

We have no way of confirming you as a real customer to know what happened. We haven't received any emails or voicemails from someone stating this. It's tough to understand how to respond without having any idea whom would leave such a review, or if it's at all valid. We can't help if we don't know.

If I could not give any stars I would... absolutely horrible company!! I was denied by my apartment complex and because it was over the 30 days they refuse to give me a refund. I was in constant contact with the company the entire time up until I got my denial letter from my apartments and all they offered was what I can do as far as legal advice. Bottom line is the letters DID NOT work at all and they refuse to refund!! They wait for the 30 days to be up to say sorry but here’s what YOU can do legally... what a joke!! UPDATE: I had to edit my review because the company reported it... just shows what kind of company it is. However I did receive my refund before I had to dispute it with my bank. Now the company is saying I swore in my original post which I NEVER did! And 9 hours on the phone I think I called the company 2 maybe 3 times haha and tons of paperwork you only responded to what you were supposed to and 6 months since my letter yeah ok more like 3 and that’s only because my complex kept denying the so called letter which i have every single email proving it. I never asked the company to go to court for me haha and the only thing I demanded was my money back before I contacted other agencies. If this company was a professional they wouldn’t try to discredit bad reviews.

It was 6 months since you ordered, so quite a bit past the 30 day mark. Also, we fought hard with your landlord, but we can only do so much. We invested a combined 9hrs on the phone between you and the landlord, and tons of paperwork. They had no legal recourse for denying you, but also we can't take them to court for you, like you demanded. There's only so much we can do. We reported you originally because of vulgarity, and asked for you to simply remove the swearing from the review.
