Address and phone number on my letters do not match with the ones that Doctor is registered with online
Everything is great except that on my traveling letter, the license number has PSY twice. Also the number of the doctor and her address do not match with her real information online. I looked her up she is legit doctor, but she has different address as well as the phone number differs from one that they put in my letters. I would like this to be corrected. Thank you.

Hello The Doctor is a contractor and doesn't use her practice address on our paperwork. It has our company address and info to run those patient related questions through PDSC. Thank you PDSC

I'm very satisfied with your services but....
I'm very satisfied with your services but I have to deduct a point for not receiving the electronic letter within the promised 24 hour delivery. I instead received it 3 days later.

Thank you for your business! How Long Does It Take For My ESA Letter To Arrive? Typical turn around time is under 24hrs. Most orders are processed the same day, and ESA letters are provided by PDF through e-mail, and physical copies are mailed as well through priority mail service (no extra cost). We have several licensed physicians on staff that rotate their hours to help meet daily demand. There is no 24hr guarantee, but over 90% of our orders are processed within 1 business day.
