Paid the extra $29.00 for the 2nd card for my 2nd dog and did not get it.

I appreciate the letters very much but I didn't receive anything after a month and a half. They told me it was a mistake and and I had to reach out to them for them to realize the mistake.

Update 1/5/2021 - received a partial refund from PDS, only the part for lease not for airlines Original review below: My landlord today rejected my papers on the grounds that they were coming from PDS center which they did not recognize as a legitimate medical provider. I have contacted PDS for a refund, but it needs to be done within 30 days of ordering, which is not really fair considering it took almost more than a week for me to even receive the papers after I first ordered them (not the promised 24H). I am within the 30 day framework though and have provided PDS with the denial letter. Awaiting their response.

I received my letter but my I’d card says my pup is a “canine” and he’s an “Alaskan Klee Kai”. I contacted customer service but they were no help and I emailed them and no response I feel like I wasted $27 on nothing

Update: I finally received my letters to my email, 5 days after my order was confirmed. Have not received the mailed letters, but I wasn't expecting those yet. I received the following letters; housing, airline (general and pre-filled) for multiple airlines, which is nice. I decided against flying this year due to CDC guidance and when I canceled I wasn't sure if I would get these in time. So I'm not able to actually test the letters, but they look like they may work. I live in Cali and Psychologist is in North Carolina, which is annoying. 106,000 Psychologists in the US and you can't just match people with the state that they live in? I'm raising my score from 1 start to 3 stars, based on the slow turnaround (5 days) and the atrocious customer support, which after 2 calls, failed to return my call or contact me with someone at the company. Again, not sure if the letters work, but they look like what I hoped they would. Original Post: I purchased my esa letters on Thursday, the 19th it’s now been 4 days. I called the customer and they took my name, phone, and email down. I have not received my online paper. Their claim of 24 hours is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. NO WAY TO GET A REFUND. "It's on page 5." Good luck finding page 5. I spent hours researching different businesses to get these letters and I was under the assumption that this place was legit. As of now, I have not received anything from them on day 4 and I urge you not to waste your time with them either. I have a potential flight in 2 days and not even an online letter to look at to see if it meets any requirements for the airline. It’s very frustrating and extremely professional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I will amend this review if it turns out to actually be legit, but don't trust the 24 hours turn around time.

Not sure whether or not this will hold up at the airport.

The website says 90% processes in 24hrs and that the payment remains pending until doctor approves it.. I also saw that other people said it took more like 48hrs. Well it’s over 48hrs now and the payment on my card is no longer pending and NO LETTER. I have to sign my lease this week! Ridiculous. I want my money back! Edit:The above was this morning and I called and spoke to the operator and just an hour later I’ve received my email with documents. You should change the 24hr time frame guarantee but it didn’t turn out to be a scam. Thanks for getting me my documents

Decision was made fairly promptly. I did contact them about having my new address on the letters rather than the one I'm currently at and while they said it would be updated, it wasn't. Just makes it more of a pain to go through since my previous address doesn't require anything for pets anyway.
