Amazing customer service! My post office lost the package of paperwork and ID cards so I contacted PDS and they resent the package to a different address that I trust without any other fees. Thank you so much PDS!

Very quick and easy process! They made everything very smooth and were quick with email copies and response times.

The service is great. I have lived in the same apartment for 16 years. For thirteen of those years I have owned a parrot who talks up a storm. I have new neighbors all around and one has already complained about hearing the parrot. I also see a psychiatrist weekly for PTSD related to my military service. The V.A. recommended I try a service of this type as they do not provide emotional support animal letters. They only provide service animal letters. The process was a simple online questionnaire. It is also a lifetime letter that does not need to be renewed. I received email copies within 24 hours and the hard copies are in the mail. I strongly recommend this service. I have a cousin in Atlanta who just used this service for her pit bull. I know for a fact her letter was approved by the housing authority. That's why I'm here and that is why I no longer have to worry about losing my parrot. they live for 50 years.

The process was easy and everything I needed for my Golden Retriever has been provided.
