So all was well and as described until I never got the dr. Letters or the tag in the mail. That was over 3 weeks ago. I've called 3 times and the 1st. Time it was an actual pds center that I got ahold of and I was told I'd get an email within 24 hours. 4 days later still no email so I called again. That time and the next time I called it was a call center. That's alot of $ to spend for absolutely nothing. I haven't given up on getting my items, but I'm definately not happy at this point. And even if I get them tomorrow... it still was way longer than the 3-5 days I was told

Scam! I finally received a phone call. I demanded my money back as I hadn’t received any word from this company. I still haven’t received my payment back.

Why have a number if person can not answer any questions? Only take my number and say someone will get back to me in 2-3 days Reason I chose the company was the details that airline. An call and very. A someone will call you in 3 days!! That’s not going to work

Never recieved I.D. or paperwork.. I've called multiple times, and I always get the back up line.. they always there overwhelmed with calls. Regardless of what time I call. SCAM

My documents did not arrive via email within the advertised “less than 24 hour” window. In fact, I sent an email (almost 48 hours later) requesting a refund and that I no longer needed their services. This was after I called twice and sent an email requesting the docs ASAP so I didn’t fall outside the mandatory 48 hour window airlines impose to have docs approved. I ended up having to cancel my flight and charged $119 cancellation fee. I am still waiting for a response from my email. Coincidentally, the docs were emailed as I was emailing them. Don’t make promises you can’t keep... especially when it comes to traveling to visit family you never see.

Nonexistent customer service. Paid but my apartment refuses to accept PDSC. Cannot get them to help me, even though they said they would help within 30 days. Seems like they took my money and ran. :(

I received the letters via email very quickly, unfortunately they were sent to me March 23rd and Regulations changed April 1st. Do I believe they did not know there were changes coming, NOT AT ALL!!!! So now I send the letters to the airline, they are invalid, need the new form! Try reaching PDS Center, no return emails, no return calls and they can't send the laminated travel card, because they are having trouble with the vendor who laminates them??? Yeah, right??? So now I have paid for all letters and laminated card to find out the letters are not valid and the card cannot be produced. CAN WE SAY SCAM!!!

If there was a zero... that would be my rating. In my inquiry I stated (the first statement inside the "medical history" paragraph so that they will have definitely read the request) that if there is no Oklahoma clinician .... to disregard the request. They do NOT have an Oklahoma clinician,, although they advertise all 50 states. They continued the order and charged my credit card, although I specifically stated not to under those circumstances. I called and spoke to customer service agent and she gave me the same "canned" reply. I received an e-mail stating that if I did not have a rejection letter.... no refund... although I specifically stated "No Oklahoma clinician, then no letter". I will have to have my credit card decline the purchase because they did not honor my request in my application. Customer service is not educated enough to understand that if they don't have an Oklahoma clinician, that I do not want to sign up for their letter. Nor, does management care enough to honor the request.
