Do not be fooled by the rate and these comments (fake comments). These people do not care about you or your situation, they just take your money and send you a bunch of useless documents by email worth nothing. these documents full with BS and sounds legitimate and once you show it to anyone will throw it on your face. My landlord rejected their service and she was about to escalate the situation but I gave her another ESA document from "licensed health care provider in my State" to be able to keep my dog. Even by telling them not to send anything and their service was rejected they played blind and ignored me and stole my money. wait, there is more, I filled out a claim to get my money which I got at the beginning, but after one month they got it back again from my stupid bank. My bank said, "they provided us with documents that allow them to get their money". So basically they play with the law and trying to steal money in a way "looks legitimate".

they never called back to answer my questions or try to fix the mistake.

This place is a scam, I keep getting ads for it and it says get your esa service animal. That is not a thing! as a service dog user i have to deal with people bringing their esa's into stores because people like this think it's okay to tell them they can take their pet anywhere. Well you can't esa has no access rights at all, all you can do is get free housing and airfare. Let alone you should not use a sketchy website like this because 90 percent of the time it's fake and you just wasted a hundred dollars. If you really need an esa you should be going to an actual doctor on a regular basis. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM AND DO NOT BRING YOUR UNTRAINED ESA"S OUT IN PUBLIC WHERE THEY DO NOT BELONG! ONLY TRAINED SERVICE DOGS HAVE THAT RIGHT DON't TAKE MY LIFELINE AWAY BECAUSE YOU ARE SELFISH!

This website is not reliable. They sent the letters right away but DO NOT purchase anything else. We order a dog service vest, they promise to be ship in 3-5 days. LIE, LIE, and do not call their 800# it was only answer for a call center, they take your name & info but the company NEVER call you back. One operator said they have hundreds of calls for unsatisfied customers.

I have been calling, fax a letter, emailing and texting for a physical address on letter head to give the apartment manager. Everytime I call I get an operator and everybody understands. Yes I got the email within 24 hours after I applied but that was it. Lord knows this has became so stressful to where I just don’t know what to do. They say email within 24 hours or call back 24 to 48 hours. I have received neither and I been calling 2 to 3 times a day. I’m reaching out and been reaching out. PLEASE Help?
