Product was never delivered and my calls about my order were not returned. I disputed the charge with the credit card that I used to get my money back. I went with emotionalpetsupport.com and got my product delivered within 3 hours for the same price.

I have placed my order Oct 1st and have not received my letters, not through email neither by mail, but the payment was executed in the same day. When I call them they take my name and number but never return. Wondering if this is a serious company.

I placed my order September 5th and have not received my cards in the mail. every time i reach out to them via email i don't get a response and when i call they say they will have someone call me back and no one ever calls me back. Wondering if this is even legit. would not recommend.

I purchased the letters and Pet ID card and the only thing I ever received was the letters online. I called the company 5 times and sent emails, they replied to my request for a partial refund with an email stating your letters have been shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number says label was created package has not yet been received. They have not returned my calls.

On august 17 I purchase the combo housing and traveling letter with I'd card and I never receive email letter. I am very unhappy I want my money back $127. If I don't get this matter resolve very soon I am going to leave a very bad review that people will have to think twice before purchasing anything from your website. I left several messages and no one has bother to call me.
