I have been trying to contact this office for 3 weeks now. Emailing them over and over again. No one has the decency to answer me back. I'm now getting charged extra fees at my housing complex because they also have not received any feedback from them. I have called them countless times just to hear them tell me "someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours". Well it has been 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. I have been a paying customer and this is the service I get. Very disappointed in this center.

TERRIBLE! SCAM! Worst experience ever!!! Took my money and never sent me my letter. It's impossible to reach someone with the company. Calls are directed to a call center where a third party not affiliated with PDS center says they will take your information and they will call you back within 12 hrs. When I ask them to connect me with someone from PDS they tell you they dont have a contact number for them and all they can do is simply take a message and email them. I called every day mon-friday trying to reach someone and sent countless emails to which I never recieved any replies back. This company is shady and super unreliable. Stay away !!! Put me in a huge predicament with the time crunch of my flight but thank God for UNITED SUPPORT ANIMAL , they came through for me and expedited the process, getting me my certified letter in time. Not to mention you can talk to a real live person that works for the company. They have integrity and compassion. PDS Center is a joke! Stay away!!!!! I will be filing a claim with my bank of the better business bureau. Shame on you guys!

Been over a month. Still haven't recieved my ID cards yet. I've emailed several times and called. No response. I've asked for a refund so I can move on with my life and get my pet ESA certified through a more reputable and trustworthy company. Still no refund. The customer service I've received is simply unacceptable.

No one returns my call. They sent you letter from a doctor who no longer work for their company. Ask for a refund with my credit card company.

You sent someone else ESA letters to my email. I just paid $129 for the letters and a tag. I rec'd letter addressed to a Jessica Ruffule in California I'm in KY..

Worst customer service ever can’t talk to anyone all they have is a answering service left several messages no response they are a scam look up their address it’s nothing like their giant building it’s a shack in low income section

Do not use this if your landlord requires a form different from theirs. They will not respond. Many, many calls and emails sent. No response. Two months this has gone on. I am out money spent and now I have to pay pet fees on top of that. Find somebody more reliable.
