Their letters were sent in a timely manner, and just what I need to get permission to have a Service Animal in my apartment. I was very satisfied with their service.

I found the PDS center on line a couple years ago and and have been using them since then. I have also written a review on yelp as well. This company has done wonders for me. Ive always needed a PDS animal for my day to day life and Im consistently traveling. The PDS center has always been there for me to help me with an additional paperwork I have needed. They supplied me with what they offered and paid for immediately (In my hands) withen a few days. About a month later United Airlines required additional information from me and the PDS center. I contacted the PDS center and stated that while their original certificate worked for many airlines it did not work for UA. I offered to pay extra money for the additional paperwork (it was more then what was stated in my purchase agreement) or at least the shipping cost. They told me that an additional payment was not required amd I had the needed paperwork to fly with my ESA animal withen a few days at no extra cost. I do know that PDS has always treated me very well. I will be traveling with my ESA animal in a month or two and I know that while dealing with airlines and thier requirements for ESA animals and combined with the stress of upon myself for traveling it will be difficult. I do know for a fact though that I will have the proper paper work for travel with an ESA animal in my hands when I walk up to the check in line for whatever airline I decide to travel with this time. Thank you PDS..... I did have to edit this for one reason. With my consistent traveling with an ESA animal I have found that a few airlines do require additional information or at least you telling them you are traveling with an animal a couple weeks prior to the date of travel. I have looked online and have found little information from most airlines about their requirments. I would suggest calling a representative prior to purchasing tickets to confirm what you need to minimize complications with your travel.

Everything they says was true got my letters in email form within a few hours of approval arrived by mail within less than a week. Apartment complex with breed restriction accepted it no problem(i have a pitbull)

I had my letter in the mail within days and in my email within an hour. I haven't gone on a trip yet to show the airlines and that will be the true test.

OUTSTANDING service, thank you so much for making my life easier. Your staff is so nice and immediate response on my email questions. Answers the phone when I call. And the turn around time in getting my letter was wonderful. I travel a lot and need my pet to travel with me. Wish I could give you 5 stars. GREAT Company!
