Responded almost addmedatily. Awesome service

Had a good experience with this service, everything was clear, as expected and straightforward.

good and helpful site

I had some trouble understanding the renewal cost. I don’t think it’s really 50% as stated, since I paid $98. for TWO letters when I first applied and the renewal cost is $49. for each letter. That adds up to $98. in my mind. However, I think they do an excellent job!

My doctor didn't have a clue what to write but the psychologist spelled it out very clear and even explained the law in the letter to my landlord. I looked up my psychologist and his NPI and it was all legit. I was even worried because I live in Michigan but my psychologist was in Florida, but obviously this is not an issue. I can't thank you enough.I will recommend you every time I have a chance. THANKS

I see people give this service a low rating because they do not understand what they provide. Not everyone has great health insurance coverage which would include a close relationship with their doctors. They have been so helpful with ensuring that my apartment recognizes the ESA. In addition to the actual letters, they even faxed a document to my apartment building that I faxed them to return. They then sent me an email with the pdf. They have been amazing! They did that less than two hours after faxing it to them. Great service! They have your back!

Response time was superb!!! I would highly recommend this company. My phone call was returned well after office hours rather than waiting for the next day. My son's ESA letter came very promptly.

Definitely the rout to go with. Many options to get ESA letters but I would def recommend this. Got my letter in under 12 hours!
