We flew Southwest and there were no problems. In fact, the first Southwest worker that checked us in said that this letter was one of the most intensive they had seen. If I didn't have this letter, my Pom would have had to be in the carrier, she would have barked the entire time. Not only did this letter save is the $100 fee each way but it also saved us the horror of flying with a barking dog. My dog sat on my lap the entire time and many people commented that she was more well behaved than the children on the plane. Thank you so much for taking the anxiety out of flying for me and my dog!!!!!

Thank you for helping me be able to travel medication free! I had a bad experience on a plane many years ago and have since required heavy sedatives to fly. That's fine if I have a travel companion, but not when traveling solo. PDS Center had my letter e-mailed to me in les than 24 hours. I called ahead to the airport 48 hours prior, as the airline requests, and faxed my letter from PDS Center to them. American said they would keep this in my file for a year. When I arrived at the airport, security never even asked to see a copy of the letter and waived us directly through. (Of course, each airport has different methods of how they do things.) I highly recommend PDS Center. They even utilized a provider with a practicing license in my state. I can't thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to be able to fly stress free by having my sweet pup in my lap to distract my mind from the sounds of the plane going on around me. Most affordable ESA program available too! I will continue to utilize them for renewals.
