It’s been 10 business days and never received my paper copies or ID cards

Worst company ever. Could not get in touch with anyone. Never received my letter or anything.

I was denied my Animal because this is an online service and because when they called noone had heard of my "doctor"

Very difficult to reach your office and speak with someone to correct issues regarding vest incorrect packaging. Slow response to voice mail regarding the issues that need to be corrected.

i paid for my letters and i only received digital copies:( i have yet to receive my ID card and the hard copies. i ordered this 5 weeks ago or almost longer. and when i reached out by email and phone they told me someone will respond in 24 hours. its now been weeks and no one responds. i constantly call and email but no one picks up or responds back. I called customer service which is just a call center where people dont have any way of reaching out to the people in charge and i doubt im ever going to get what i paid for at this point. i just think that was really disappointing to pay for a service and not receive anything or them have the audacity to reach out and apologize. i would sue this company for fraud but its not worth it just for losing a couple hundred bucks. the least i can do is write this review and hope they learn from their mistakes

Placed order a week ago, got an e-mail back that they received my funds and then nothing. I am starting to believe this is a scam. I have called and left multiple messages leaving my number and e-mail to no avail. What is going on with this company?

I have not received my papers in the mail as they say come in so many business days...also ordered extra a card for my dog. That has not come either....I fly out in 2 days and will have nothing. I've emailed asking w no reply. And left messages w a answering service they have ..assuming they say too busy to answer phones. Ya rt or return any I guess as of yesterday I've yet got a return call so recalled today twice and both times answering service again. I want my money returned.

I have not been able to speak with anyone. My emails were ignored as soon as I placed an order. This service is a SCAM, especially since my airline form was not accepted and out of date.
