My name was misspelled and the entire paperwork was addressed to a female, not male. I called twice and still have yet to receive any updated version. Moving in on Friday and having to pay deposit and pet rent after already paying the $100 for this service. Very let down and upset that I wasted $100 on this for absolutely nothing.

It has been a week and I still haven’t got what I ordered, not even my PDF in my email..

I still have not received my official paperwork. There was some confusion about my order so I called to speak with the doctor who wrote my letters and never heard back from him even after leaving two messages.I called and asked to speak to the person who wrote the email to me and never heard back from them either. With this very poor customer service I an not confident that I will receive my paper work and cards in the mail.

Extremely difficult to get an answers from them! It has been 2 months and I didn’t received the card and the physical letters! And now I need an specific letter to travel with an airline and they don't even answer the emails! Terrible service!!!!

I am happy I got the letters but I’ve called twice about adding another animal but no one has reached out to me at all. Poor customer service.

I got my email letter but the customer service with this company is horrendous. I call once a day trying to reach somebody, and each time I call they just take down my info and tell me that someone will call me soon. It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten a response. Ridiculous considering I paid $100 for this service.

It has been over a week (6 business days) and I have yet to receive even the pdf letters via email which is stated to be send within 24 hours. I’ve obviously also not received the hard copies in the mail. I have left 2 messages in which I was told the call would be returned within 24-48 hours. I’m left to assume your business is not legitimate and I need to contact my bank regarding the money I’ve paid you.
