I am extremely pleased with the service, turn around time (doctor availability), as well as pricing.. Received my professional letter from the Doctor which was well worth it. Received the digital form of the letter just TWO HOURS after my payment had posted! Purchased at 6pm CST on a Friday Night! Received at 8pm CST. They also included a copy of my airline's required animal sanitation form that needed customer signature as well as provided the email address/deadline details of the service desk attendant that handles the data. Would highly recommend.

I received my renewal documents in a timely manner. This time I added a photo ID of my support dog and the service dog vest as well. I have not had a problem traveling on airlines with my dog. He has been allowed to board the plane on his leash and sit in my lap during the flight without issue. I am very pleased with the PDS Center for providing me with the required documentation that has eased this process.

PDS Center forms were easy to read and understand, I had no problem filling them out and requesting the necessary validation and cards through their website.
