Placed my order and my credit card was charged on 3/5/2020. It is 3/28/2020 and I have not received anything in the mail. The letter, ID card and vest were never sent. I called and left a message a few days ago and did not receive a response. I sent an email also. I guess I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

Never got my forms

I have not recieved anything from you. What I wanted was a letter from a Doctor for my apartment complex so that I may wave the pet fee for having my dog. I do not want anything for flying

I ordered both letters and an ID and have not recieved the hard copies I have already called four times and still not recieved a reply. I am very upset with the company they basically take your money and wont send you what they advertise.

You never mailed out my letters. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the hard copies of the letters and you still haven't returned ANY of my phone calls or email inquiries. Are you sure you want a review now?

I need help with additional forms and have reached out via phone and email multiple times. No response from PDS. They will not help with the forms needed.

so far my experience with pds has been horrible, I kept waiting for the id card I ordered, when it would get here, I reached out to them, apparently I gave them the wrong address which wasn't they're fault at all but once they said it wasn't their fault I provided them with the correct address and I didn't even get a reply, this was 4 emails ago! I called and hopefully now they'll at least reach out to me. this to me is horrible costumer service, they could of told me I had to pay for the re sending of it or something but just to leave me with no reply or explanation for over 3 weeks! HORRIBLE!

been 72 hours no letters. I have called every day and sent three emails I have no been contacted back once. Already reported them to my credit card company as a scam don't use them.
