Everything was exceptionally fast and straight forward the ONLY issue was they put MR. instead of MS. Even though it was clearly marked. That's my only complaint. Therefore they getting 4 stars instead of 5

They handled everything quickly and efficiently, the process is super easy, and I got what I needed done with little hassle or stress. I’m only a little worried that not all fields were filled out even though the information was provided, in terms of animal type and weight, but I do have a parrot so it’s a little less common than a dog or cat and I can sort of understand the vacant areas. I just hop it doesn’t cause an issue in the future, but even if it does, I just have to ask them to fix it and all should be good!

Had a few issues concerning incorrect information on my ESA LETTER. It was handled soon as possible and professionally by the staff. They made sure to be patient and get the correct information. My experience was very pleasant Well done!! pds centers staff!! 🙋🏾‍♀️🙂🤩 From Houston Texas !!

still haven't received packet with ID, paper work, etc.

I did not click the blue box on bottom left when I had completed the process. The blue box was to receive ongoing emails & I didn’t want to. There isn’t any thing else to click or to exit. Then I received and email that I needed to complete the payment process (I had!) problem with that .. you can not go back in! So I had to call customer service the next day. They can easily fix this through their web builder — do it!

Sent the letter but it did take longer than 24 hours and had another name on the email as well.

While unfortunately, the papers I did receive do not qualify in most of Canada ; they still did have good customer service. so people are saying they dont respond to reviewers and such. They answered the phone and wrote back to all my inquires. just saying sometimes on the phone and email you have to have patients to hear from someone. your not the only ppl around lol

Document was well put together and covered everything that was expected, needed, and then some. Service was superb!!
