The paper work arrives fast. But the customer service is terrible 😔. I've tried to contact them for over a week. They absolutely have no care to even acknowledge my request. The operator only takes messages.I don't recommend this site.

Super quick, however my apartment complex requires it be from someone in Texas. I will update the rating if they send an updated letter.

The letter has the wrong date and there is no check mark indicating that a cat is my emotional support animal. Please fix this.

Definitely false advertising. Per the website I was to get an email within 24 hours. Well; I didnt get my letter emailed me till about 48-72. So that right there makes me automatically say your company is fraudulent. My anxiety is through the roof and when I pay for a service with a time description you yourselves have I’m implemented. I expect that time to be met. You people are horrible. Thanks

Hello, We are very sorry for the delay in your order as we have been experiencing a high volume of orders. Our website states: There is no 24hr guarantee, but over 90% of our orders are processed within 1 business day. Thank you for your business!

Not bad BUT, I have been waiting on my two cards that i paid 95 dollars for. I have been waiting for months now... i have called about 6 or 7 separate times and they we're supposed to call me back which they never did. Either way its been avery annoying and they have a call center handle there calls and they can do there is just send messages back to PDS and who knows at that point if they even bother to look at your case.

Hello! Your ID cards have been mailed to you. Please watch for them in a few days. They should have been in your original package. We are very sorry about that! Thank you for your business, PDSC
