I am a repeat customer. I received a letter and legal documents pertaining to Emotional support animals. The ID card is professional and thick like a credit card. The back states United States federal law on it. It is good for airlines and the fair housing act. I highly recommend them.

I read a ton of reviews on this website to make sure it's what would help me get my ESA dog for my apartments which dont allow any animals unless certified by an ESA letter. I know there may be a ton of negative reviews but what stood out to me is the good ones. So I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! The letter came via email the next day after I filled everything out and although the actual printed out copy didnt come till the last day possible my apartment manager accepted it through email. Now I'm just waiting on getting approved by the shelter for the dog I want. I would say a really great experience overall!
