Honestly, everything went so smoothly. I received the ESA letter and ID cards within a couple of days. My apartment requested to speak with the doctor, and they were able to do so within a couple days too! Great company!

I tried using Certapet and I had a horrible experience that left me even more stressed than before the assessment. I gave PDS center a try and everything has been quick, easy and efficient. Received my letter the same day in my email and now awaiting my physical letter in the mail.
