About 8 months ago I registered my dog and immediately got an email with the information the next day .. our apartment complex was gonna charge us over 600$ for my dog but PDSC came to the rescue. My apartment complex was being difficult about it and asked for the physician to sign a second form so they faxed it to them in within minutes PDSC replied. You guys are life savers, my emotional support dog is everything I needed thanks to you guys. We recently moved to a house and with our papers we had no problems. Pdsc has done everything right, I recommended PDSC to over 10 different people and I always will recommend PDSC. I can’t thank you guys enough, your awesome. Thank you for the awesome service PDSC you guys rock!!! 😁

So easy to navigate and quick to apply for ESA. Very private and speedy turn around time. Awesome that there isn't a yearly expiration and additional fee. I did pay for the carry card for additional $29 but haven't received it yet. Website said it would take 3-5 days but we are going on 2 weeks so I'm not sure what's taking so long. Other than that, the original paperwork came through the same day that I applied. AA said my paperwork looked good for upcoming travel with my ESA so no problems there. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
