This site is a scam I am still waiting on my letter card and jacket. It is two days shy of a month have not heard anything back from them when I call all they can tell me is I will take your name and someone will call you. This is BS..... you people there is a place in hell for you scum bags

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Needed the housing papers and when my apartment complex looked into it they realized they are using doctors names without their knowledge!!! DONT NOT BUY! Waste of money

Not true. All our Dr's are signed onto a contract. Often complexes will lie about their interactions. The dr's will not speak with the housing complex, they have to send in written notifications for tracing.

I am very disappointed with your service. I have tried to follow up on my order and all I get is an answering service that tells me you will be calling back but never do. If you are providing a service you need to designate someone to be able to assist your customers with questions or inquiries .

1. The worst customer service I've ever had in my life! I've called them twice so far. Each time the representative had really bad attitude. I don't give a damn if you are upset with your minimum wage. I'm paying money for a service, not your yelling! 2. The website say 24hr you'll get digital document. But guess what? it's 24hr "business" hour! Why don't you write "24 business hour" then? Are you making false advertisement? Took 4 days for me to get the digital, but it's way too late. I don't need it anymore. Had to dispute with my bank! Not sure if I wanna call again to tell you guys that I wanna cancel my order. Cuz I'm tired of hearing your unprofessional attitude! I'd rather throw my money away than paying you guys for bad service. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE
