I was got the letter and the airline denied the pet on the flight I saw others passengers with their pets and denied my and when I contact you they state it need more days to help and the airline denied one day before departing and put so much money on the letter and other documents to be declined

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive company. I had an emergency flight and I completed the form 24 hours in advance and did not receive or hear back. Between 24-72 hour mark I called them 13 times and left messages each time with a phone rep( whom always had an attitude) and Still nothing. Apparently you will NEVER get in contact with the actual company office, just an operator phone rep. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Still waiting on a refund with no response Almost 4 days later

They never call me or send me the ESA letters.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! Seriously, the "doctor" who wrote my letters wasn't even a real doctor. There is no way for you to be able to validate if they're legit outside of their License number. There is no phone number to validate, no business, no nothing. I wanted it so badly to be real but it wasn't and they wouldn't refund me my money and kept just saying that it was real, but it wasn't.

I received the ESA letter however, most places no longer accept just an ESA letter and they require additional documents to be filled out. I have been waiting on the additional documents to be completed for over two weeks now and every time I try to follow up I get the call center that tells me they will “take a message”. I have not received any call backs or emails or anything. Starting to believe this is a scam.

It didn’t work because the signature for pds used a psychologist signature that does work for them anymore.

I left you 3 messages to call me so that my order was correct. You never phoned me back. I haven't received my paperwork but I am 100% confident that is wrong. Never again!

I have not received my forms or card after 3 weeks and can not get a return call.
