I submitted my documents and payment on 10/20, however, it’s now 10/25 and I’ve still received zero documentation from your company. This is a scam!! Do not try to use this company!!

Ok I received the documents never an emailed as promised In the promised time frame then I turn in my documents only to find out my apartment complex won’t accept without specific personal knowledge of me. Which is bs anyway I’ve been calling for over a week no response to my phone messages or emails. This isn’t right and I need the info I’m asking for or I’ll be contacted Better Business Bureau.

Is being almost a month and I have not received the ID and letter so I need someone could help me figure it out where is the letter and the ID that I pay for .... thank you

I found out about this business through google. I was appealed on the selling point of having the ESA letter ready within 24 hours due to my flight being a day and a half away. However that promise was not fulfilled. I made numerous calls to the call center but no one could provide any answers but instead all they could do was leave a message for the doctors. If you’re here for the 24 hour service then know that it is not a guarantee. I was left paying for a service that I did not have the opportunity to use.

there was a mistake on my paperwork when i received 3 weeks ago i have called 5 times already to have it corrected and have not received any calls or emails regarding correction of my documents ....very disappointed in customer service

Edit: after PDS responding to my review, I was not shocked when they again did not respond to my follow-up email-- that they asked for. They only respond to reviews so that it looks like they are doing something. Often they blame the customer or try to discredit the complaint. In their response to my review they stated that they didn't have anything in the system for me other than the original order and the letters they sent to me. I gave them ALL of the information I could in a new email and received nothing, again. Now my landlord thinks I've been stalling and behaving suspiciously. Thanks for causing more problems. I'm going to have to move because I can't afford to board my dog anymore, much less gamble on paying another ESA company. If all you need is a piece of paper, they can do it! But if you require anything more than that, including customer service, don't waste your time and money. Original Post: I chose PDS because they promised to compete the additional HUD paperwork. It's been over a month since my order. I have left 4 messages and an email. Only 1 person actually asked me about anything but blew me off when I told her that I did recieve my letter, but my housing paperwork from my landlord was not filled out and returned. Not a single person I talked to/left a message with could tell me ANYTHING. Literally nothing. 2 of them didn't even ask for my phone number to call back. Btw the number for "my doctor" doesn't connect to her office. They have never even heard of her. I've had to board my dog for a month to keep from getting evicted. The letter doesn't count for anything in Michigan if you don't have housing documents filled out. Either complete the documents or refund my money.

The doctor they provided was not in my state so legally they can’t practice in my state for my landlord to accept. I later called, emailed and they said they don’t have one in Maryland and that was it!!! no offer to refund me or anything. They are not a legit company please be Cautious when using there services and don’t be scammed out of your money like i was.
