Very Pleased Submitted my application and received my letters in less than 24 hours.

I rarely review a service; however, PDS Center exceeded my expectations for the delivery of the electronic versions of an ESA Letter and all airline forms with 24 hours. I will withhold review of receipt of hard copies and the ID card. I did note it was not possible to determine of the photo of my service animal was successfully uploaded even though the correct file name was displayed. So I will withhold my review of the ID card until it is received.

I so appreciate having these letters in support of my needs. It was a time saver since I moved and have not established with a provider yet.
