Because the ESA letters given to you don't state what kind of animal it is that is helping you or how many, they aren't legal papers and therefore aren't accepted. They are too vague and skirt the line - they look official but without the psychiatrist stating what animals they are, they can be voided. The apartment I'm applying for denied me because they looked into this website further

Same thing happened to me with what the other person have said. It supposed to be 24 hours wait, but I received nothing. I have called the support team 2 times and all the lady say is "I will send a note to them" and nothing happens. No updates or no status. DONT TRUST THESE REVIEWS.

Paperwork was not valid the day I purchased it due to the airline rule change..... and they would not refund or discuss the matter with me...

I have reached out to these people for a week now about the forms they gave us (I bought this for my mom) to submit to the AIRLINE since the airline declined them because they are incorrect. I have not heard back from them, not even an email! I have called the support team and all they say is "I will send a note to them" and nothing happens. I have already asked for a refund since they say I only have 30 days to ask for a refund on any documents that were not approved (housing or airline) and they have not refunded anything or reached out to me about my case. They are stalling until the 30 days are over to not honor their refund policy! I also purchased the ID card and they never sent it in the mail. I want a FULL REFUND! Do not trust these people! Reply to response 1/21/21: You all sent the wrong forms! Which I replied to and NEVER heard back with the correct ones. The service provided is not what you say it is.

My apartment reached out to the doctor that is on the papers... HE SAID HE WAS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! They are just using his name and hoping that you don’t look into it too much!!! I tried to reach out and never received anything back from them. Very disappointed!!!

I requested a refund, they sent me an email informing me that it would be effective and until January 2021 I have not received a solution in this regard.

Great! My landlord accepted the letter immediately. Edit: My landlord did his research, and apparently PDS center is a scam. I am disappointed. You need a valid doctor from your state to diagnose you with a need for an emotional support animal. Jessica Medford has a license to practice in North Carolina only. In addition, the physician’s contact information must be directly connected to their office. Don’t even try to say I’m not a valid customer because I am. I would ask for a refund, but I highly doubt you guys will give me anything back. Pathetic. Almost as pathetic as me believing this company to not be fraudulent. Edit2: I sent the denial letter. I’m currently waiting if they are true to their word and refund. I’ll give more stars if I just get my money back.

Supposedly most people have their letters within 24 hours. It’s been 48 and nothing yet. Hoping I didn’t waste 98$. I also emailed support this morning asking where my letter is. Have not heard back. Don’t recommend.
