I was waiting to use the letter before writing this review. I just came back from my trip, I traveled with Southwest and everything was just smooth, they checked the letter and gave me an updated boarding pass with no problem. Since I didn’t have time to receive the hard copies, I printed out the digitals that I received the day after I purchased the letters and they accepted. I definitely recommend them, also they reply the emails kinda fast.

I am so happy to be assisted by PDS Center to have the emotional assistance of my dogs.

I'm super happy with this service. A friend recommended them a couple of years ago. All the documents I need to fly on so many airlines are included. PDS keeps up with all the changes in the industry and will give you what you need. I did have a little bit of a problem as there was an error on one of the pages (wrong checkbox was marked) but I just emailed them, under a different subject heading telling them that I needed the document to be edited for a flight that was happening in the next couple of days (Marked urgent) and they responded within 24 hours, fixing the problem.
