would recommend in a pinch
I forgot my ESA letter was expiring while I was visiting family for the holidays and any therapist I consulted in the area wouldn’t be able to get me a letter on such short notice before my return flight so I turned to the internet. I was worried since a lot of places seem to be scams (ie Waggy, Touch ESA, etc) but PDSC got me my letter in under 24 hours along with extra documents for various airlines which is very helpful.
