I am still waiting for my refund from PDSC as Alaska no longer accepts letters for comfort pets to ride with passengers in the cabin of the plane. This rule was already in effect when I applied and was not updated on the PDSC website.

My 1 star is due to the fact that I had to give a star. On the 12th of April I call and spoke to one of their representatives whom I was trying to get information so I could travel with my daughter's puppy on the plane instead of the puppy traveling underneath the plane she told me she wasn't sure as to how the letters worked and she would have someone call me which could take up to 48 hours because I didn't have a lot of time to receive the letter if I would be able to use it i went ahead and paid for the letter before anyone had called only because they had a 30 days satisfaction guarantee and paying on that day would give me enough time to receive it in the mail so I didn't mind paying in advance it been 28 days no one has called back I've called several times the person who answered said the only thing they could do is have someone call me still no call back wasn't able to travel with my daughter's puppy and still no assistance

I used this site for over 4 years but recently they have taken a turn for the worst. This used to be a good business and now they just take your money, ignore all your messages and e-mails, and wont respond to your apartment complex to confirm that you need an ESA. They have ignored my e-mails for MONTHS and you can't even reach them by phone because they only use an answering service, even during business hours. They didn't respond to my apartment complex's several requests to confirm my ESA so now after paying for their service I am also paying for the pet deposit and monthly rent for my dog even though she's been my ESA for years. I've asked for my money back and they continue to ignore me. They are basically scamming people now so go with another company.

I filled out two applications so they can send me a letter for two of my dogs. They only sent me one and told me that the letters do not need to be dog specific. However, they still charged me for both applications and never gave me a refund. I also asked to see if they work with any LMHP in my state which they said they do not. I would've preferred they stated that on their website like other services do. They asked me how I would like to proceed and I told them I would like a refund. Well, I have not gotten a refund nor have I received any original documents in the mail. It's been over two weeks and I have not received any reply about it. They are horrendous when it comes to communication and when you call the phone number, you can't speak to anyone in the company, it's just an answering service and all they can do is take a message and give it to the company. I didn't want to leave a bad review but it seems like this is the only way to get anybody's attention.

I still have not received my letters I am supposed to get a digital within the next 24 hours and I haven't gotten it yet

I received everything in a timely manner but my apartment said the papers were rejected and I could not use them. My leasing office also gave me this accommodation form to be signed by my primary care provider which would take place of the documents I obtained. I would either like a full refund or the forms I just received filled out because they are telling me I still have to pay the pet fee and relocate my dog.

Ive called 5 times and emailed 2 times and im not getting a response. My hoa is not accepting the esa because it doesnt specify my disability which is cptsd and doesnt specify the types of animals that help to eliviate my symptoms which inturupt my day to day activities. The animals i am using is 1 Nigerian dwarf goat and 1 potbellied pig.

Going through a whole crisis. No money for my mental health therapist. Thought this would help. I'm not getting any results since March 9th.
