For those of you who are considering giving a negative review because you have not received the letters within what you consider a reasonable time please be patient and contact the company by whatever means either email or a call and just leave a message. I had to do this a few times and they follow through with exactly what I needed and more. Please this is a time to be patient and realize the letter has to be written by a doctor who has to evaluate each case individually. Good luck!
