Everything was great. I forgot to push for the I'd, but it would not let me get the I'd by itself. Otherwise easy to use.

They promised a hard copy of letter to b received within 3-7 business days. It’s been 10 and no letter. However, the process was easy.

Hello we just recently purchased our ESA letters from PDS center online it was a very fast process we placed the order and within a few hours I received the letters in pdf format. We also purchased the pet ID card we are still waiting for through the mail. If I could improve anything it would be to receive a tracking number with that order so I know where it’s at.

My order was received a bit later than they’d said but I received everything I ordered and am pleased with my orders.

Fast service. Would have gave a 5 star, but was a little pricey.

They made it really easy to get all of the information that I needed for assistance on my Golden Retriever
