I submitted my order for a letter and it has been 5 days with 0 contact from the PDS center. My account was charged and I have not gotten either an email confirmation that I was approved nor a letter in the mail. per instructions "you will receive a digital copy of your letter within 24 hours or oder placement" I have called in several times - they don't have phones and only an answering service. There is no way to talk to an actual PDS center employee. Even after leaving messages I have yet to receive any sort of contact from them.

Quick and efficient, received email with ESA letter within 24 business hours. However, the psychologist that deemed me fit for an ESA was licensed in North Carolina. Me being a resident of California, I’m unable to use the letter as according to my state’s law the medical professional writing the letter must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of California. Wrote an email back about this issue a few days ago, still waiting to hear back. Update: Never heard back, called twice about the issue, never resolved, finally asked for a refund, never received that either. Ended up going to a different company. (I had luck with ESA Doctors)

The webpage says I will receive a psychiatric letter, and I received a letter signed by a psychologist, not a psychiatrist and the letter was rejected.

STAY AWAY - this company is expensive - I am paying over £250 excess and a month has passed and they still cant tell me when I will receive my money - despite calling / emailing. They are totally disorganised - blaming it on my vets for not sending the claim in when they sent it the very next day for me and again 2 weeks later as PDSA claim they never received it. Fed up with chasing - will be changing as soon as I receive my money!

Never received my letter. I called multiple times but I have never received a call back...total scam.

They never changed my address and it’s been a year and I’ve never gotten a response back about my change of address from a year ago.
