Fast and reliable

The chat was awesome! Very patient with this almost 70-year-old woman.

used online chat quick and helpful refunded my upgrade download because it would not work on my system.

The product code that was sent to me would not work. When I went to use it, windows says it was already used.

Great customer service, great product

I finally had to upgrade from Windows 7 because a lot of my apps were no longer working so I went online to find an affordable way that lead me to PC Masters I contacted them via their helpline and ask them if what I had done downloading the free Windows 10 from the internet if they had a product that would supply me with a product key their technicians were very helpful very straightforward I made a decision to get the Windows 10 pro it was sent to me immediately I contacted them again to ask how to get everything set up they walked me through it step by step I had problems with the product key again they walked me through it step by step everything worked great seamlessly all two of the text that I talked to did a fantastic and excellent job I would highly recommend this group of people

My computer updates for the drivers are all out of date so I can not use the windows 10 disk and just want to cancel the order but just have been getting a run around
