PayPal doesn't even deserve one star! I had a PayPal account for years, and it was also connected to my PayPal Prepaid MasterCard. I will be closing my account soon because PayPal is just as fraudulent as these scamming a$$ retailers. I filed a dispute with PayPal against Dell in April, so now PayPal says that because I also filed a claim with PayPal Prepaid, PayPal can no longer assist me. Several weeks have gone by and I have had few responses and nothing but lies from PayPal and PayPal Prepaid. It is completely UNETHICAL to tell customers that you will refund money if the merchant does not and then not stick to your word and policies. PayPal employees are rude with nasty attitudes. I keep saying that customer service jobs need to go away so that companies can just use robots, especially top companies that see profits of millions or billions of dollars. You can program a robot to work correctly, but you cannot train someone to be nice; kindness and common sense come from within. Let this be a lesson learned for all: AVOID doing business with payment processing companies like PayPal and AVOID prepaid cards. It is much better to have a regular traditional bank account. I'm not a fan of Bank of America anymore, but when I was a customer there, they had and still have improved measures in place so that when customers experience fraud, BofA refunds the money immediately in many cases. I have another account with a traditional bank and have more faith in them if I ever experience fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAYPAL......EVER!!!!

PAYPAL was once a handy service they even helped protect buyers from fraud now they suck they don't even look at complaints of non delivery if tracking info is provided even when the tracking info is fake. spent 2 months just trying to get through to someone to help and keep getting told that the matter is being forwarded to the correct group and a response will come soon. 2 months and still no response even after multiple contacts. PAYPAL service is no service at all anymore

This organization is nothing more than a money laundering device. Placed a order for a item over a month ago, which i had to pay through paypal, i havent gotten a confirmation, a ship date, nothing. Its on my bank statement, so when you contact paypal that is when you can find a way to do so, they say contact seller, ive done that, no response, then paypal claims no responsiblity for said order, but yet i had to pay through them, they have just as much if not more responsibilty since they took my money. They have their website set up to where its almost impossible to get in touch with them, they are practicing legal robbery of the consumer.

Terrible customer service. Be careful that you don't get scammed using PayPal. I bought an item from a website and the item was never delivered. I raised a resolution from PayPal and the seller gave them a fake tracking number and PayPal denies all resolution from my side because there was a tracking number. I ordered on 23 May 2020. Tracking number says item delivered on 15 May 2020. Its obviously a scam.

Paypal are bunch of corporate thieves...they collaborate with sellers to rob the buyers. I wish them death...may their soul rut in hell!

Since this pandemic, PayPal has stooped so low and dishonorable. PayPal teams up with scammer websites offering their ever so trustworthy PayPal payment mediums for buyers to dive straight into. Once payment is made, the scammer gives PayPal a tracking number to leave PayPal believing the seller has completed their obligations. When in fact the seller is an empty shell, a bogus website. The buyer emails incessantly, week after week, no response from the seller, no tracking number given, and BEST of all, no shipment was done. All a bogus act. when the buyer starts writing to PayPal to stop the payment. PayPal will dismiss your claim, saying there is nothing unauthorised with that Payment you made. No matter how many times you write in to PayPal that you have been scammed or fraud. PayPal will sit on it and then dismiss it like you are the idiot. BEWARE GUYS. PAYPAL IS NOW ONE OF THE SYNDICATE'S LACKEYS. they are no more fighting back for your scammed money They take your money and split with the scammers DON'T EVER TRUST OR USE PAYPAL ANYMORE

Paypal customer service gives you a wrong return address and when you contact the president of Paypal europe she tells you that Paypal is not responsible. contact number (KMM201197851V93962L0KM)

PayPal is supposed to protect the purchaser and they did not 0 stars PayPal sucks
