Same as everyone else. I made the mistake of using my Paypal balance to buy something so I can’t get it back from my credit card company and I never received an item ordered 3 MONTHS ago and I paid express shipping on top. They keep promising a refund and then they push dispute date back. Absolutely unethical as they do not stand behind buyer protection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO IDEA HOW STILL IN BUSINESS.

Paypal is not friendly to customers. I bought 2 pairs of shoes using paypal. I received 1 pair of shoes. Paypal will not cover the loss from not receiving the 2nd pair of shoes, because it shows that a package was delivered. YEA with only 1 pair of shoes MORONS.

I had the same problem as many of you. It took me from March until late May to get my refund from PayPal and even then it was a partial refund. After reading the other reviews, I agree with one that's a little far down the list. Forget PayPal and contact your credit card company or Bank and dispute the Paypal payment. Get your money back that way.

Paypal People are scammers I have had an account with paypal from a long time. One day i recieve a direct deposit of 1461 USD and all of a sudden they permanantly disable my account stating that i am violating paypal agreements. They asked me to wait for 180 days which I did. I get an email stating that my money is now available to withdraw. I withdrew my money but after 3 days of nonsense they emailed me that my account was unable to recieve the deposit so they reversed it and removed my bank account. I called my bank and they said that there were no issues in my account. They are not even letting me withdraw my money to my eligible debit card as well. Now here is where the issue begins. I tried attaching a different account which got added. I tried withdrawing my money in that account which was again reversed. Now they had some non sense excuse to verify my identity. I verified my identity as well but sincr then i have been getting this non sense pop up stating to verify my phone number. I never had any other phone number and they say that they cant verify my phone number as well now. Now they say that there is something wrong in my account and i cannot add another bank account to withdraw my money. Since then I have been trying to contact these useless people These useless company dont have a customer service line active. If you email or message them, they send you some non sense automated responses. I am waiting for them to reply to me after this review in 48 hours maximum, else I will be going ahead and filing a law suite against these ifiots My name is Lashenda Smith and my email address is lashendasmith1993atoutlook.com

I recently had bought a tool for a job I had to do. I paid with PayPal the company said it was in Texas but when I got the email from PayPal it said that seller was a Chinese company I couldn't understand the seller information. I waited for a month for the delivery watching the tracking number. It said it was going to be delivered in the evening I didn't understand how being it was still in the east coast and I am in the west coast. Well it was delivered to an address in the east coast but the email had my address as the correct address. It is still being disputed. But that's not the worst part. I had to reorder the same tool from a different company that was in Florida yeah right!. As soon as I finished the PayPal payment I got a email from PayPal and the seller again was from China oh not again. I checked the tracking number and it was a fraudulent number that was from a different company for a different order and was delivered 27 days prior to my order how could that be. So I disputed the order and I got a message from PayPal that I had to wait for seven days to see if it was delivered before I could escalate it to claims. So I did and on the day I escalated to claims it was closed and was in favor of the seller. I never got the order, I never got a new tracking number. I wasn't able to contact the seller I tried to call no answer, I emailed no response. I tried to contact PayPal but no one answers the customer service number So I am out the money on a obviously fraudulent charge.

Just the latest in a Chinese scam that PayPal is happy to support, the punchline about how Paypal fits into this comes at the end: TrumpRack.com , which Paypal gives its name and reputation to, lie and lie and lie. The products are NOT made in the US, which they admitted after I called them on it and despite of a fake little sticker they stuck on the hat "Made in the US". They then went and removed the claim from their site, but forgot that Google searches show snippets. Here's a cut and paste: "American Flag Hat – Trump Racktrumprack.com › american-flag-made-in-the-usa-hat Our products are 100% American Made and help provide jobs for Americans". Yeah, right... They are NOT shipped from the US. It took weeks and the supposed tracking number kept showing only that the shipper has been "notified" and it only shipped after I filed with Paypal for a refund and even then took forever (because it is not in Florida, another lie, but in China). Their customer "service" never answers any emails unless you go and complain to a third party and they definitely do not understand English. Their Florida phone never gets answered and the voicemail is always conveniently full. The address provided by this company is another invention, it's a postal office. They have all the markers of a Chinese company with Chinese inferior products (sold at 4 times the price because of the pretense they are made here, shipped from here, etc.). And Paypal is quite happy to support criminals like that! They didn't feel that what I received was enough different from what was advertised!!!
