Would give zero or negative stars but not an option again! Do not rely on paypal to help you resolve a dispute for products you don't receive. All they do is check a tracking number that could be phony and then tell you it was delivered when i know it clearly was not! They will not be there to help you the buyer. I highly recommend you use an alternate source for paying for products online or other. Am going with AlignPay now as they are there to help you where Paypal does not and just doesn't care.

By far the worst Company I've dealt with. I had a chargeback for $212.26 and these Fecal-boxes decided to side with ALIPAY US. INC even going as far as covering for their Trash-ASS. These infidels think it's funny when they steal your hard earned $ for there GarbageTruck-Idiot agenda. I would never use this service again. I hope PayPal will see the Power of ALLAH in their Community. 🖕☝️🤡

PayPal banned me just like that! Without any reasonable explanation or remedy. I'm still trying understand this mirage of a company

Careful! it is easy to open a PayPal account, and almost impossible to close it. I have been trying for a month, bouncing from department to another with the "help" of robot that does not give the option of talking to a representative. Closing it because the customer service is very bad

I just make a paypal account and withdraw money from one transaction. Out from nowhere they banned my account? Without giving any explanation

MINUS STARS -- Sold a product online 2/26/22. Customer paid. PayPal requested I enter a tracking number which would trigger my money being released in 24 hours after delivery. (THEIR RULES). Product was delivered on March 2. As of this writing, many chats with no-nothing / promise you anything agents, emails to the CEO, ridiculous funding rules, me being a royal pain in the A**, and executive escalation agents involved that are begrudgingly forced to help you, on March 30, 2022 I finally close my account after receiving a check of the amount owed to me less their cut, which again is ridiculous. Look real close on the internet and other Trust Pilot and Google reviews for PayPal before getting an account and if you have one dump it and my advice --- look for other ways to get and send money and there are plenty.

They will steal your money! I transferred my money into a new bank account. They told me 2 days after it was in my account that my bank was not linked successfully and removed my money. Now they don't have any record of the reversal and nobody knows what to do. Even though I have proof they took the $500 out of my account they can't do anything because they don't see it on in their system. You get bounced around from person to person that can't / wont do anything because they don't have access or can't see my reversal. Then sending the "escalation" they do it based on the deposit not the reversal so it will not go anywhere. I have heard of them doing this before and friends have never received their money. Guess you have to have it happen to you to believe it

The customer service is horrible! After two purchases, one I never received and the second I can't get any tracking info. Contacted PayPal customer service again and was greeted by rudeness and foul language. After this time, regardless of the outcome. I will avoid PayPal like a deadly disease.
