I have ordered from Payne for many years and always more than satisfied. I mistakenly ordered from another company and it was a fiasco. My prescription was total wrong amongst other things. I proudly say I ordered from my favorite company, Payne Glasses! You guys Rock!

I have purchased glasses from Payne for several years. Every experience has been good. The company works to make everything right. With this last pair, my experience was exceptional. Customer service rep Chantale worked with my difficult prescription and even recommended frames. She was spot on. She went above-and-beyond. I highly recommend Payne--and in fact, have done so many times.

This is my 5th pair from Payne, and have only had to send back one pair to be corrected. Once they got my glasses set to my face, they are perfect right out of the box. The first time may take a little bit of work to get set up, but it is worh it for the money you save.

The glasses fit great. Much better than the glasses at my optometrist for more than triple the cost! That's why I ordered another pair in a different color.
